Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our customers, vendors and employees. At this time, we have implemented the following safety steps.
Model Homes and Design Centers
- We are open for walk-in traffic but can also provide private appointments and can provide virtual visits as well.
- We're increasing professional cleanings of our model homes, design centers and offices.
- We're disinfecting frequently-used common areas throughout the day.
- We encourage a wave, nod, bow or smile as an appropriate greeting.
- We respect the social separation guidelines and will interact with you in a spacious environment, allowing for the recommended distance between people. We will limit the number of visitors at one time.
- While touring the model homes or at a selection appointment, we ask that you avoid unnecessary touching of surfaces, décor and finishes.
Customer Care
- We are postponing non-emergency warranty visits.
Job Sites
- All safe practices and social distancing rules apply to the job site as well.
- As news of the virus continues to evolve, we will continue to act in a timely manner and base our decisions with the guidance we receive from national, and local authorities.
